Alway been understanding to anyone with a disability even if it's not a "seen" disability. Staff are wonderful and really nice people I find. Home cooked food with local dishes ,fish always good, steak same and family meals, great place to stay. Bar has bad language same as any bar and smoking area there separate from food and lounge area for unwinding. The lounge is no bad language so great for family. Food areas separate for gatherings and play area. Really great people there and well managed
Friendly, comfortable bar, restaurant and hotel. Beautifully cooked food served by lovely staff. Well run and friendly premises that I highly recommend whether you are popping in for a meal, takeaway, just a quick drink and a chat or if staying for a few nights to maybe enjoy the horseracing at the local track, well worth a visit
This accommodation had everything we could possibly need,was spotless clean and very central. Caroline and Georgia looked after us from start to finish,and we did,in fact,stay an extra night. Our accommodation was The Harper suite and we could not fault it in any way. Fantastic place and look forward to staying again when we come to see our son in Llanelli. Helen and John x
Not far from the footbridge into burry port harbour, we only popped in for a few drinks during our stay but we were made to feel welcome by both staff and customers, child friendly with a play area outside however there are no baby change facilities but the staff let us use a room which I thought was very kind.
Great pub and food is excellent would definitely stay here again locals are very friendly
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, but not en-suite. Bathroom had a carpeted floor. Doors and floors very squeaky. Lots of noise from the pub across the street. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. There is a car park at the rear of the hotel.
The room was bright and airy, despite the high temperature outside. All the basics were there as well as extras. I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fantastic, well cooked and plenty of it. A complete bargain for the price. I will be recommending it to friends. Thanks for a great stay.
